Payment & Order Acceptance
Payment is required at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods. We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your payment information, but we are not liable for any unauthorized use of your payment details. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and you are solely responsible for any fees or charges incurred due to incorrect information. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. If we reject your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund of any payment made.
Product Use & Warranties
Our Food Bowls and Water Bowls are designed for safe, daily use. Ceramic bowls should be handled with care to avoid chipping or breaking. Stainless steel and plastic bowls are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning, but we recommend avoiding harsh detergents. We offer a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by pets (e.g., chewing, scratching).

We may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
