Order Processing
We understand that pet feeding supplies are essential, and timely delivery is key to keeping your pet’s routine on track. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, including a thorough quality inspection. Our team checks each Food Bowl and Water Bowl to ensure it is intact, free from defects (such as cracks, chips, or scratches), and properly packaged. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays, and orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
Specialized Packaging
Given the varied materials and fragility of our products, we use specialized packaging to protect them during transit. Ceramic Food and Water Bowls are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in padded, reinforced boxes to prevent chipping or breaking. Stainless steel and plastic bowls are secured in sturdy boxes with protective inserts to avoid scratches or dents. All packaging is designed to withstand shipping rigors, ensuring your pet’s food and water bowls arrive in perfect condition, ready for use.
Shipping Options & Timelines
We offer two flexible shipping options to suit your needs: Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) for regular orders, and Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days for an additional fee) for pet owners who need supplies urgently. International shipping is available to most countries worldwide; international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government, which are not included in the shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders range from 7–14 business days.
Tracking & Support
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which may take 24–48 hours to update. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a chipped ceramic bowl, a dented stainless steel bowl), please report it within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Address changes are only guaranteed if requested before order processing or shipping. Our goal is to ensure your pet’s feeding supplies arrive safely and on time.
