Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility Requirements

You may return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging (including tags, boxes, and all parts). Food Bowls must be free from scratches, stains, or damage. Water Bowls must have all components intact, with no missing parts or damage to bases or lids. Used, damaged, or altered items are ineligible.

Return Process

To initiate a return/exchange: 1. Confirm eligibility. 2. Request a return authorization (RA#) via our website. 3. Package the item securely with the RA# inside. 4. Ship back using a traceable method—we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (prepaid label provided).

Refunds & Exchanges

We inspect returns within 5–7 business days. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method (3–5 business days to appear). Exchanges include standard shipping; expedited shipping is extra. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

Non-Returnable Items & Special Cases

Non-returnable items: personalized/custom pet products, clearance/final sale items (unless defective), and used pet products (unless defective). For damaged/defective items, report within 48 hours—we may request photos and arrange a replacement/refund, covering return shipping. We reserve the right to reject non-eligible or fraudulent returns, returning items at your expense.
